Spotlight on @harkensweets and @unitefood 🍫
During the 69th annual Commission on the Status of Women week at the United Nations, we had some amazing female founders come in to sample their products that we carry throughout or cafes and speak with guests.
Katie from @harkensweets created this company in an effort to still be able to enjoy sweet treats after her diagnoses with colon cancer.
She was on a mission to create something that was just as delicious as a candy bar, but was also healthy. It’s safe to say she succeeded and we are proud to carry this delicious product!
Clara from @unitefood created her company in an effort to see diversity in the nutrition bar aisle.
As an immigrant who is passionate about wellness, she grew tired of seeing the same flavors of protein bars again and again. She decided to create protein bars that represent different nationalities and flavors from around the world.
We are so excited to be carrying these incredible bars and can’t wait to see what flavors are next!
